On June 20th, Hongyujie welcomed a fruitful exchange activity—Mr. Xu, General Manager of Chuzhou Hengrui Technology Development Co., Ltd., and his team visited Hongyujie for a special tour and exchange on 6S management. Accompanied by Xie Lixian and Chen Zhenhua, Mr. Xu and his team visited the machining workshop, warehouse, interior decoration workshop, and assembly workshop in sequence. The tidy and orderly working environment, neatly arranged materials, and clearly marked area divisions left a deep impression on the visiting guests. At each stop, the escorts detailed the application and achievements of 6S management in practical work, including how to improve work efficiency through sorting and straightening, create a good working atmosphere through sweeping and cleaning, and ensure employees' behavioral norms and work safety through the cultivation of literacy and safety.
Subsequently, both parties went to the company's conference room for in-depth exchanges. Deputy General Manager Zhang Kangxing comprehensively reported on the background, promotion process, and achieved results of 6S management, and shared the problems encountered and solutions during the implementation. The participants launched a lively discussion and exchange on how to further deepen 6S management and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.
The visit and exchange by Mr. Xu and his team from Hengrui Group was also an opportunity for us at Hongyujie to review and summarize. By displaying our 6S achievements, we not only strengthened our confidence in continuing to deepen management but also gained new inspiration from the exchange.
