  • Assembly fitter, milling machine, line cutting and other skilled personnel

    - graduated from formal technical college, majored in mechanical or above secondary technical education;

    -mechanical knowledge and basic drawing ability, able to understand drawings, technical documents, etc.;

    - able to use relevant tools, equipment, etc.;


  • Qualitative check member

  • Process engineer

    - prepare product process documents according to new product drawing specifications, quality requirements, production methods and production processes.

    - determine the consumption quota of raw materials according to the production method and production process.

    - determine the standard production hours of each process according to the production process of the product and the proficiency of the personnel.


  • Design engineer

    - designed the layout of the company and workshop, assisted the production to optimize the production layout, and adopted the "lean" concept to reduce the waiting waste and logistics transfer waste.

    -responsible for the training and guidance of the process operation for the employees, so that the employees can master the production process and related process equipment operation.

    - investigate and introduce new technology, new process and new equipment to improve quality and efficiency.

    - compiling application materials for patents and scientific and technological projects

    -complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.


  • The sales manager

    - assisted the general manager in formulating the overall sales strategy, sales plan, quantified sales target and annual sales expense budget according to the regional market development and the company's strategic planning.

    - completed the sales task assigned by the company, developed the sales volume, market coverage, market share and other evaluation indicators, and decomposed the sales task indicators.

    -develop responsibility and cost evaluation methods to organize subordinates to sign, perform and manage sales contracts, supervise sales personnel to make receivables collection work, adjust sales operation policies and organize, and lead sales team to complete sales targets.

    - coordinate and deal with all kinds of market problems, coordinate the supply demand plan, make the supply distribution plan, adjust the distribution of sales area and evaluate the business.
